We hebben een volledig support- en serviceprogramma om ervoor te zorgen dat uw doseerapparatuur optimaal presteert. Dit doen wij door ondersteuning op afstand, software-updates en regelmatig geplande servicebezoeken. Dit vermindert de uitvaltijd aanzienlijk, terwijl u uw productiviteit verhoogt.
Wat uw activiteiten of doseerbehoeften ook zijn, onze supportcontracten bieden u:
verhoogde betrouwbaarheid en kortere uitvaltijden, terwijl de levensduur van uw apparatuur wordt verlengd
optimaal gebruik van uw doseersysteem
betere inzichten en besparing op uw onderhoudskosten
We kunnen u twee soorten contracten aanbieden: support- en servicecontract en remote support contract.

Het support- en servicecontract bestaat uit een basismodule en twee optionele modules.
Basismodule:
Eén gepland servicebezoek per jaar
Telefonische ondersteuning
Gratis licentie-updates van GSE-software
10% korting op alle GSE-reserveonderdelen en diensten
Prioritaire toegang tot de diensten die onder het contract vallen
Optionele module A:
Extra jaarlijks servicebezoek
Optionele module B:
Aanvullend servicebezoek (preventief of correctief) voor een vaste prijs (met een minimum van 8 weken tussen aanvraag en bezoek)
