De Colorsat Compact biedt een modulair, nauwkeurig en snel inktdoseersysteem voor de papier-, karton- en flexibele verpakkingsdrukker.
Vanuit een standaardspecificatie geeft de Colorsat Compact toegang tot “lean inktmanagement”. Daarnaast biedt de Compact een groot aantal extra optionele mogelijkheden. U kunt het systeem upgraden naarmate uw business groeit. Aan het systeem kunnen tot 32 inktvaten en 2 on/off kleppen voor water of oplosmiddelen worden aangesloten. De Compact is beschikbaar in 2 uitvoeringen, voor inkt op solventbasis of op waterbasis. Een doseernauwkeurigheid van 1 g is standaard voor maximale batchgrootten tot 25 kg, en een nauwkeurigheid van 0,1 g is beschikbaar als optie. De Colorsat Compact-systemen zijn in staat om een batch van 20 kg met vier componenten in minder dan tweeënhalve minuut te doseren. Extra softwaremodules bieden extra tijdwinst. Al met al hebt u de vrijheid om de systeemspecificatie te kiezen die bij u past, afgestemd op uw budget, productieruns en marktomstandigheden.
