Ofrecemos dos tipos de contrato: contrato de asistencia y mantenimiento, y contrato de asistencia remota.

El contrato de asistencia y mantenimiento consta de un módulo básico y dos módulos opcionales.
Módulo básico:
Una visita de mantenimiento programada al año
Asistencia telefónica
Actualizaciones gratuitas de las licencias de software de GSE
Descuento del 10% en todas las piezas de recambio y todos los servicios de GSE
Acceso prioritario a los servicios que contempla el contrato
Módulo opcional A:
Una visita de mantenimiento anual extra
Módulo opcional B:
Visita de mantenimiento suplementaria (preventiva o correctiva) a precio fijo (con un plazo mínimo de ocho semanas entre la solicitud de la visita y su realización)
