Podemos oferecer dois tipos de contrato: contrato de suporte e serviço e contrato de suporte remoto.

O contrato de suporte e serviço consiste em um módulo básico e dois módulos opcionais.
Módulo básico:
Uma visita de serviço planejada por ano
Suporte por telefone
Atualizações de licença gratuitas do software da GSE
10% de desconto em todas as peças sobressalentes e serviços da GSE
Acesso prioritário aos serviços abrangidos pelo contrato
Módulo opcional A:
Visita de serviço extra anual
Módulo B opcional:
Visita de serviço suplementar (preventiva ou corretiva) por um preço fixo (com um mínimo de 8 semanas entre o pedido e a visita)
