Het Formula Checkweigh-systeem (FCS) geeft u volledige controle over het beheer en het (handmatig) wegen van inktbatches.
De Colorsat FCS omvat een weegschaal van 15 kg / 0.5 g (optioneel 35 kg / 1 g) en een computer met toetsenbord en monitor. De besturingscomputer bevindt zich naast de elektronische weegschaal of kan met een speciale beugel achterop de monitor worden gemonteerd. Men zoekt het gewenste recept op en typt de gewenste batchgrootte in, en het systeem berekent het individuele gewicht van elke component van het recept en leidt de operator vervolgens stapsgewijs door een gecontroleerd weegproces. Met het optionele barcodepakket wordt voor elke gewogen batch een etiket afgedrukt met een streepjescode voor identificatiedoeleinden.
