Orderinvoer, planning en verwerking
Orders kunnen worden ingevoerd en gepland om de orderstatus duidelijk zichtbaar te maken voor eenvoudige monitoring. De software wijst orders toe aan specifieke drukpersen en identificeert klanten. Zodra een specifieke drukpers en/of klant is geselecteerd, worden relevante specificaties, zoals het minimaal vereiste vulgewicht van de inktkamer, geëxtraheerd en in de order overgenomen. Elke order bevat een tabel met orderregels met voorgestelde inktrecepten en hun gewichten. Het is zelfs mogelijk om, regel voor regel, de positie in de drukpers te bepalen waar het inktrecept moet worden gedrukt.
MIS-integratie
Met GSE MIS Connect kan GSE Order management naadloos worden geïntegreerd met managementinformatiesystemen (MIS) en ERP-software. Het integreren van deze systemen vermindert fouten en versnelt de tijd naar het drukproces. Het levert uiteindelijk hogere marges op, door automatisering en een betere controle van het inktgebruik.
Raster en rapporten
Het “orders-grid”, zoals weergegeven op het scherm van de Order management software, biedt een schat aan orderinformatie, waaronder status, geplande datums, vereiste inktgewichten, en klant-, pers- en prijsinformatie. De software biedt ook verschillende standaardrapporten, zoals orderdetails, -overzichten, -totalen en -protocollen.
