Het Colorsat Switch doseersysteem voor etiketten-/smalbaandruk maakt indruk met zijn geavanceerde technologie in een modulair ontwerp. Het systeem is ontworpen om inkten op water- of solventbasis, en UV of LED-hardende inktbatches in emmers van 5 liter te doseren. Een vierkleurenrecept van 5 kg wordt in minder dan vijf minuten aangemaakt.
De emmers met basisinkten kunnen rechtstreeks op de dispenser worden aangesloten. Hierdoor wordt gemakkelijk om te voldoen aan traceerbaarheids- en GMP-eisen. Voor een snelle en drupvrije uitwisseling van basisinkten zijn alle slangaansluitingen uitgerust met snelkoppelingen. De watervalframes bieden een eenvoudige manier om emmers op te slaan en om te wisselen. De modulaire lay-out zorgt voor een ruimtebesparende, kleine “footprint”. Handige systeemfuncties zijn onder meer een gecombineerde nat/droge reinigingsunit en een rvs doseergedeelte die makkelijk schoon te houden is. De Switch heeft een minimum aantal bewegende onderdelen en een gemakkelijke toegang tot belangrijke machineonderdelen. Hiermee is het heel makkelijk te onderhouden.
