De IPS delta is ontworpen voor het volledig geautomatiseerd en computergestuurd doseren van vloeibare kleurstoffen. De IPS-delta biedt een groot aantal extra functies, zodat u het systeem kunt upgraden naargelang uw bedrijf dit vereist. Aan het systeem kunnen vaten of vaste tanks met basiscomponenten worden aangesloten tot een maximum van 32.
IPS delta-systemen kunnen 15 emmers met recepten met vier componenten per uur doseren, met een absolute nauwkeurigheid van 0,1 g. Met een extra (cascade) doseerkop kunt u de uitvoer verdubbelen tot 30 emmers per uur. Het systeem kan worden uitgevoerd met een automatische menger, terwijl een tweede menger de mengcapaciteit zelfs kan verdubbelen.
Gebouwd op de bewezen doseertechnologie van GSE, biedt de IPS delta u ultieme betrouwbaarheid, snelheid en nauwkeurigheid in een compact ontwerp. Het systeem wordt aangestuurd door TMS textielmanagementsoftware.
