O IPS delta é projetado para dosagem totalmente automatizada e computadorizada de corantes líquidos. A partir de uma especificação padrão, que dá acesso a uma dosagem de tinta automática e precisa, o IPS delta oferece uma série de funcionalidades extras, para que você possa atualizar o sistema conforme a necessidade de seu negócio. O sistema acomoda tambores de distintos fornecedores ou tanques fixos de 150 litros até um máximo de 32.
Para receitas de quatro componentes, os sistemas IPS delta têm um desempenho típico de 15 baldes por hora com uma precisão absoluta de dosagem de 0,1g. Com um cabeçote de dosagem extra (em cascata), você pode dobrar a produção de dosagem para 30 baldes por hora. O sistema pode ser montado com um misturador automático, enquanto um segundo misturador permite que a capacidade de mistura seja duplicada.
Construído com base na tecnologia de dosagem de tinta comprovada da GSE, o IPS delta oferece confiabilidade, velocidade e precisão máximas em um design compacto. O sistema é alimentado pelo software de de gerenciamento de pasta GSE Ink manager.
