Le Formula Checkweigh System (FCS) vous offre un contrôle total sur la gestion et le pesage (manuel) des lots d’encre.
Le FCS comprend une balance de 15 kg / 33 lb (35 kg / 77 lb en option) ainsi qu’un ordinateur avec clavier et moniteur. L’ordinateur de commande est placé à côté de la balance électronique ou peut être monté à l’arrière du moniteur à l’aide d’un support spécial. Le système adapte une formule donnée à la taille de lot souhaitée, calcule le poids individuel de chaque composant de la formule, puis guide l’opérateur pas à pas dans un processus de pesage contrôlé. Pour chaque lot pesé, une étiquette est imprimée, avec un code-barres en option à des fins d’identification.
