Der Colorsat Compact bietet Verarbeitern ein modulares, präzises und schnelles Farbdosiersystem für Papier, Karton und flexible Verpackungen.
Ausgehend von einer Standardspezifikation, die den Zugang zu einer schlanken Farbverwaltung ermöglicht, bietet der Compact eine Vielzahl von optionalen Zusatzfunktionen, sodaß Sie das System aufrüsten können, wenn Ihr Unternehmen wächst. Das System kann eine beliebige Anzahl von bis zu 32 Farbfässern und/oder Dosierfässern plus 2 Wasser- oder Lösungsmittelventile bedienen. Alternative Modelle sind entweder für lösungsmittel- oder wasserbasierte Farben erhältlich. Eine Dosiergenauigkeit von 1 Gram ist Standard für maximale Chargengrößen bis zu 25 Kg, wobei eine Ablesegenauigkeit von 0,1 Gram als Option erhältlich ist. In der Regel sind Colorsat Compact Dosiersysteme in der Lage, eine Charge von 20 Kg mit 4 Komponenten in weniger als 2,5 Minuten zu dosieren. Zusätzliche Softwaremodule bieten weitere zeitsparende Vorteile.
