Onze emmerroerwerken zijn geïnstalleerd op de deksels van 25-liter emmers en houden de basiscomponenten homogeen.
De luchtgedreven emmerroerders kunnen inktviscositeiten tot 600 mPas aan en zijn uitgerust met twee vaste mengbladen.
Pneumatische aansturing
De roerwerken zijn direct verbonden met de luchttoevoer, wat betekent dat ze constant mengen. Optioneel kan de apparatuur worden geleverd met pneumatiek voor de luchttoevoer en de aansturing van het roerwerk. Dit maakt het mogelijk om de mengcycli in de GSE Ink manager software te configureren. Je kunt tijdens de circulatie mixen, of tijdens de circulatie en het doseren. De pneumatische roerwerken zijn geschikt voor zowel watergebaseerde inkten als inkten op oplosmiddelbasis. De SB-uitvoering wordt explosieveilig uitgevoerd.
