Die luftbetriebenen Eimerrührer verarbeiten Farbviskositäten bis zu 600 mPas und sind mit zwei festen Mischflügeln ausgestattet.
Pneumatische Steuerung
Die Rührer sind direkt an der Luftzufuhr angeschlossen, d. h. sie mischen ständig. Optional können die Geräte mit einer pneumatischen Steuerungen für Luftzufuhr und Rührer geliefert werden. Dies ermöglicht die Konfiguration der Mischzyklen innerhalb der GSE Ink manager Software. Sie können das Mischen dann während der Zirkulation oder während der Zirkulation und Dosierung programmieren. Die pneumatischen Rührer sind sowohl für wasser- als auch für lösungsmittelbasierte Farben geeignet. Die lösungsmittelbasierten Modelle sind explosionsgeschützt hergestellt.
