Todos os nossos dosadores para tintas e revestimentos são equipados com mangueiras, engates rápidos e bombas extremamente duráveis, bem como válvulas de vazão de aço inoxidável com vedações de alta performance. Nossos sistemas para produtos à base de solvente aceitam grupos químicos como: acetato de etila, etanol e iso-propanol como padrão; eles também podem ser configurados para MEK e tolueno. Todos os sistemas de distribuição de tinta à base de solvente GSE estão em conformidade com a CE e são configurados à prova de explosão, e aqueles destinados à Europa são compatíveis com ATEX. No Brasil atendem a norma NR12.
O Colorsat Mixpoint é um sistema de alta capacidade para a produção de tintas e revestimentos à base de água, à base de solvente ou UV, que podem dispensa até 64 componentes diferentes em lotes de até 1.000 kg. A versão Colorsat Compact é um sistema de produção menor, com 34 componentes básicos e capacidade de lotes de 250 kg.
Nossos dosadores de tinta gravimétrica compactos Colorsat Match e Colorsat Switch produzem lotes de até 10 kg por partida a partir de um máximo de 20 componentes básicos. Eles fornecem uma solução econômica para fins de dosagem – especialmente quando a consistência da cor é crítica. O Colorsat Compact maior pode equipar até 34 componentes básicos e produz lotes de até 25 kg em menos de 2 minutos.
