Nossos agitadores pneumáticos são adequados para todos os tipos de tintas com viscosidade de até 2.500 mPas, com modelos para tintas à base de solventes atendendo aos padrões à prova de explosão.
Os agitadores são equipados com um motor de ar potente e uma caixa de redução, garantindo uma força estável no eixo de mistura. Isso impede que o agitador gire mais rápido à medida que o recipiente de tinta se esvazia.
As lâminas de mistura têm uma grande área de superfície de ataque, limitando a quantidade de energia que o motor a ar precisa fornecer. Uma boa homogeneidade é mantida mesmo em baixas velocidades. No geral, é necessária pouca alimentação de ar do compressor, o que também contribui para alcançar seus objetivos de sustentabilidade.
O equipamento vem com controles pneumáticos para cada agitador individualmente. Isso permite a configuração de ciclos de mistura dentro do software GSE Ink manager, independentemente dos ciclos de circulação do sistema de dosagem.
