Ofrecemos una extensa línea de soluciones de dosificación, tanto para quien fabrica pinturas y recubrimientos como para quien busca equipos que faciliten la distribución de sus productos. Todos nuestros sistemas de dosificación para pintura y recubrimientos incorporan mangueras, conexiones y bombas de muy larga duración, así como válvulas de control de flujo de acero inoxidable con sellado hermético. Nuestros sistemas para productos de base solvente aceptan soluciones con acetato de etilo, etanol e isopropanol como estándar, y también pueden configurarse para MEK y tolueno. Todos los sistemas de dosificación de GSE para productos de base solvente cumplen la normativa CE y son a prueba de explosiones. Los que se fabrican para Europa cumplen, además, la normativa ATEX.
El Colorsat Mixpoint es un sistema de alta capacidad para la producción de pinturas y recubrimientos de base agua, de base solvente o UV, que puede dosificar hasta 64 componentes diferentes en lotes de hasta 1.000 kg. La versión alta del sistema Colorsat Compact es un sistema de producción más reducido, que dosifica 34 componentes base en lotes de hasta 250 kg.
Nuestros sistemas compactos de dosificación gravimétrica de pintura Colorsat Match y Colorsat Switch producen lotes de hasta 10 kg (22 libras) por trabajo a partir de un máximo de 20 componentes base. Constituyen una solución rentable para la distribución, especialmente cuando la homogeneidad del color es fundamental. El sistema Colorsat Compact, más grande, puede estar equipado con hasta 34 componentes base y dosifica lotes de hasta 25 kg (55 libras) en menos de 2 minutos.
