O Sistema de Pesagem de Fórmula (FCS) oferece controle total sobre o gerenciamento e a pesagem (manual) dos lotes de tinta.
O FCS compreende uma balança de 15 kg / 35 kg (opcional) e um computador com teclado e monitor. O computador de controle é posicionado próximo à balança eletrônica ou pode ser montado na parte traseira do monitor com um suporte especial. O sistema agrupa uma fórmula desejada para um tamanho de lote desejado, calcula o peso individual de cada componente da fórmula e, em seguida, conduz o operador por um processo de pesagem controlado passo a passo. Para cada lote pesado, uma etiqueta é impressa com um código de barras opcional para fins de identificação.
