De Colorclean Indigo emmerwasser is een eenvoudige en efficiënte manier om emmers te reinigen die worden gebruikt voor inkten op waterbasis. Water wordt door een reeks roterende borstels geleid die de binnen- en buitenkant van de emmers grondig reinigen. De robuuste emmerwasser is vrijwel onderhoudsvrij en wordt geleverd in een roestvrijstalen behuizing.
Effectieve reiniging
De Indigo is uitgerust met drie roterende borstels. De borstels draaien met verschillende snelheden, waardoor de emmer draait en wordt gereinigd. Er is ook een niet-roterende borstel voor het reinigen van de bodem van de emmer. Een schakelkast met instelbare timers zorgt voor een nauwkeurige instelling van reinigingscycli. Een zeepdoseerder verhoogt de effectiviteit van de reinigingscyclus.
De Indigo is uitgerust met een binnenborstel met een diameter van 230 mm. Dit betekent dat het geschikt is voor emmers met een diameter tussen 250 mm en 375 mm en een maximale hoogte van 470 mm.
De machine functioneert met:
Drie roterende borstels

Een elektrisch aangedreven motor voor borstelaandrijving
Een roestvrijstalen wascabine
Een schakelkast met instelbare timers
Een deur, die tijdens de reinigingscyclus kan worden gesloten
Het optionele waterspaarsysteem vermindert het waterverbruik voor het reinigen van emmers met 50 tot 80%. Het systeem bestaat uit een opslagtank met filters en een circulatiepomp.
Het reinigingsproces bestaat uit drie fasen:
Water wordt uit de geïntegreerde opslagtank gepompt om de emmer te spoelen. Gebruikt en zwaar vervuild water wordt afgevoerd.
Water uit de opslagtank wordt gebruikt om de emmer te wassen. Het gebruikte water wordt gedeeltelijk teruggevoerd naar de opslagtank en gedeeltelijk afgevoerd (instelbaar).
Vers water komt uit de watervoorziening van uw fabriek en na het reinigen loopt het ook naar de opslagtank.

Zonder waterspaarder: 30 liter
Met waterspaarder: 6 liter
