De Colorsat Solo is een eenvoudige maar effectieve oplossing voor het handmatig doseren van een enkele component. Mogelijke toepassingen zijn proceskleuren, transparant wit of coatings die worden gebruikt in de flexo- en zeefdrukindustrie.
Het systeem met een uitstekende prijs/kwaliteit-verhouding maakt handbediende doseringen van één component (UV-uithardend, watergebaseerd of oplosmiddelgebaseerd) op een economische en milieuvriendelijke manier mogelijk. Een luchtgedreven membraanpomp en flexibele slangen worden gebruikt om de inkt te transporteren en te circuleren. Recirculatie zorgt ervoor dat het bezinken van pigmenten wordt geminimaliseerd en de kleur met consistente sterkte wordt afgegeven. Omdat alleen een persluchtaansluiting vereist is, kan de Colorsat Solo in de buurt van de drukpers worden geplaatst.
