De economische doseeroplossing
De Colorsat Slim bracht een revolutie teweeg in de grafische industrie door de introductie van de eerste betaalbare inktdispenser voor de papier-, karton- en flexibele verpakkingsdrukker.
Het systeem is speciaal ontworpen voor het doseren van batches van op water- en solventgebaseerde drukinkt in emmers van 25 liter. De Colorsat Slim heeft een stevige weegeenheid die doseringen tot een maximum van 25 kg weegt tot een nauwkeurigheid van slechts 1 g. Bovendien reinigt een gecombineerde nat/droge reinigingseenheid het systeem na elke doseercyclus, waardoor onderhoudstijd wordt bespaard. Belangrijke componenten zoals de labelprinter en de barcodescanner zijn geïntegreerd in de bedieningsconsole. De toevoeging van snelkoppelingen aan de slangen die de inktvaten verbinden met de dispenser maakt een snellere, schonere uitwisseling van vaten mogelijk, zonder risico van druipen.
Het ontwerp van de doseerkop maakt hoogteaanpassingen mogelijk voor emmers van maximaal 470 mm en de integratie van vier componenten met een hoog volume (optioneel).
