Automatisch mengen, geïntegreerd met een IPS delta doseersysteem
IPS delta doseersystemen kunnen worden uitgerust met één of twee mengers voor een optimale homogenisatie en kwaliteit van uw textieldrukpasta.
De volautomatische menger heeft een mengelement, een schraper en een wasunit. Het is geschikt voor de meeste typen emmers. Een minimumhoeveelheid van ongeveer 10 liter pasta in de emmer (of een emmer met een pastaniveau van minstens 150 mm) is nodig om een goed mengresultaat te garanderen.
Automatisch mengen en reinigen
De emmer wordt geklemd tijdens het mengen. Na het mengen worden het mengelement en de as automatisch in de wasunit gereinigd. De automatische menger bestaat uit een roestvrijstalen mengelement en -as, aangedreven door een frequentiegestuurde elektromotor. De verschillende bewegingen van de menger (omlaag, omhoog, draaien) worden pneumatisch aangedreven. Voor optimale menging (in het midden) wordt de emmer door een klemmechanisme gecentraliseerd op de rollenbaan. Het mengproces wordt geoptimaliseerd door de schraper, die tijdens het mengen de wanden van de emmer schraapt.
Verschillende uitvoeringen
IPS delta doseersystemen kunnen worden uitgerust met een handmatige of automatische emmerhandling. Bij automatische handling bestaat de automatische rollenbaan uit een niet-aangedreven aanvoerbaan (standaard één, optioneel tot drie), een aangedreven rollerbaan op de weegschaal, een andere aangedreven rollerbaan onder de menger en een niet-aangedreven afvoerbaan. Nadat de order is gestart, haalt het systeem een lege emmer van één van de toevoerbanen (vooraf gedefinieerd door de gebruiker in de besturingssoftware) en centreert deze op de baan. De emmer wordt verplaatst naar de doseerkop en gedoseerd met pasta volgens het recept. Na het doseren wordt het naar de menger getransporteerd door een aangedreven rollenbaan. De inhoud van de emmer wordt gemengd totdat de pasta homogeen is. De emmer wordt naar de afvoerbaan getransporteerd, waar deze kan worden verwijderd.
