Todos as nossas cozinhas de cores para estampadoras têxteis são equipados com o software de gerenciamento de tecidos TMS baseado em Windows. Este software de gerenciamento e controle combina uma interface de operação clara e simples de usar com recursos sofisticados e poderosos de gerenciamento de dados.
Ele permite a preparação e o armazenamento subsequente dos custos estimados das ordens de produção e a geração de relatórios detalhados. Os tambores podem ser dosados, recarregados ou corrigidos. Para cada pedido, o TMS calcula toda a pasta necessária e prepara um cronograma de produção com dados sobre os ingredientes de todos os lotes a serem dosados. O operador produz as receitas com a pasta na ordem especificada.
O Módulo de Retorno de Tinta, parte do TMS, reduz o desperdício de tinta a um mínimo absoluto, rastreando baldes com tintas de retorno. Quando um novo pedido é inserido, o módulo verifica automaticamente as tintas retornadas de produção e armazenadas, calcula quanto pode ser reutilizado e notifica o operador.
