Kombination aus einfacher Pastendosierung und ausgeklügelter Datenverwaltung
Alle unsere Dosiersysteme für Textildrucker sind mit der Windows-basierten GSE Textile Management Software TMS ausgestattet. Diese Verwaltungs- und Steuerungssoftware kombiniert eine übersichtliche und einfach zu bedienende Benutzeroberfläche mit ausgeklügelten und leistungsstarken Datenverwaltungsfunktionen.
Sie ermöglicht das Dosieren und die anschließende Speicherung der geschätzten Auftragskosten sowie die Erstellung von detaillierten Berichten. Eimer können dosiert, nachgefüllt oder korrigiert werden. Für jeden Auftrag berechnet die TMS die gesamte benötigte Druckpaste und erstellt einen Produktionsplan mit Daten über die Farbstoffe und Ingredienzen aller auszugebenden Chargen. Der Bediener stellt die Rezepte mit Druckpaste in der vorgegebenen Reihenfolge her.
Das Modul für Retourpaste, Teil der TMS, reduziert den Abfall der Druckpaste auf ein absolutes Minimum, indem es Eimer mit Retourpaste nachverfolgt. Wenn ein neuer Auftrag eingegeben wird, prüft das Modul automatisch auf gelagerte Retourpasten, berechnet wie viel wiederverwendet werden kann, und benachrichtigt daraufhin den Bediener.
