Der IPS delta ist für die vollautomatische und computergesteuerte Dosierung von flüssigen Farbstoffen konzipiert. Ausgehend von einer Standardspezifikation, die den Zugang zu einer präzisen automatischen Dosierung ermöglicht, bietet der IPS delta eine Vielzahl an zusätzlichen Funktionen, damit Sie das System entsprechend der Anforderungen Ihres Unternehmens erweitern können. Das System kann eine beliebige Anzahl von Lieferfässern oder 150-Liter-Festtanks bis zu einer maximalen Anzahl von 32 aufnehmen.
Bei Rezepten mit vier Komponenten haben unsere IPS delta Dosiersysteme eine typische Leistung von 15 Eimern pro Stunde mit einer absoluten Dosiergenauigkeit von 0,1 Gram. Mit einem zusätzlichen (Kaskaden-)Dosierkopf können Sie die Dosierleistung auf 30 Eimer pro Stunde verdoppeln. Das System kann mit einem automatischen Mischer gefertigt werden, während ein zweiter Mischer eine Verdopplung der Mischkapazität ermöglicht.
Basierend auf der bewährten Dosiertechnologie von GSE bietet der IPS delta höchste Zuverlässigkeit, Geschwindigkeit und Genauigkeit in einem kompakten Design. Das System wird durch die GSE Ink manager Software gesteuert.
