Das TPS Verdickungsbereitungssystem von GSE sorgt – immer wieder – für extrem gleichbleibende, konsistente Druckpastenverdickungen.
Das System ist robust und zuverlässig, benötigt so gut wie keine Wartung und sorgt für eine optimale Auflösung/Dispergierung beim Mischen. Sie können es sowohl für die Verdickungsvorbereitung und -lagerung als auch für die Zubereitung von Druckpasten und/oder Stammfarben verwenden.

Alle Arten von Verdickungspulvern, wie z.B. Alginate, Guarmehle und Stärken können in die TPS Vorbereitungstanks gemischt werden. Die Aufbereitungseinheiten sind für ihre robuste Konstruktion und Langlebigkeit bekannt. Die Verwendung von hochwertigem Edelstahl führt zu einem geringen Wartungsaufwand und ausgezeichneter Zuverlässigkeit. Die Einheit kann mit 1 bis 4 Vorbereitungstanks mit einem Fassungsvermögen von jeweils 500 oder 1.000 Litern ausgestattet werden. Das effiziente Mischen wird durch einen leistungsstarken 2-stufigen Emulgator gewährleistet, der mit einem speziell geformten Turbomischkopf ausgestattet ist. Diese Mischeinheit sorgt für das gründliche Auflösen der Verdickungspulver. Nach Beendigung des Mischvorgangs wird das Verdickungsmittel durch den Verteiler aus dem Ansetzbehälter in die Vorratsbehälter gepumpt. Eine eingegliederte Filtereinheit sorgt dafür, dass die Verdickung sauber und klumpenfrei abläuft.
GSE kann Verdickungstanks mit einem Fassungsvermögen von 1.000, 1.500 oder 2.000 Litern mit oder ohne Gerüst und Treppe liefern.
Aus den Vorratsbehältern kann die Verdickung automatisch zum IPS Dosiersystem gepumpt werden, oder sie kann über ein manuell betätigtes Dosierventil aus dem Behälter entnommen werden. Dieser als Pastenvorbereitung bezeichnete Prozess dient der manuellen Druckpastenherstellung oder der Vorbereitung von Stammfarben, die im IPS verwendet werden (im Falle von Pulverfarbstoffen).
Der Vorgang läuft wie folgt ab: Das Faß wird unter den manuellen Dosierventilen auf der Rollenbahn platziert. Die Verdickung wird mit dem Handabgabeventil aus dem Vorratsbehälter entnommen und der Farbstoff wird hinzugegeben. Das Faß wird zum Handmischer transportiert und nach dem Mischen wird das Faß zur Faßhebevorrichtung weiterbefördert. Mit diesem Gerät wird das Faß gekippt, so daß die Paste in das Vakuumsieb fließt. Nach dem Filtern der Paste kann diese zur Produktion verwendet werden.
