Das FCS Rezepturenwiegesystem (Formula Checkweigh System) verleiht Ihnen die komplette Kontrolle über die Verwaltung und das (manuelle) Wiegen von Farbchargen.
Das FCS besteht aus einer Waage für 15 Kg (35 Kg optional) sowie einem Computer mit Tastatur und Monitor. Der Steuerungscomputer wird neben der elektronischen Waage positioniert oder kann mit einer speziellen Halterung an der Rückseite des Monitors montiert werden. Das System rechnet eine vorgegebene Rezeptur auf die gewünschte Chargengröße um, berechnet das Einzelgewicht jeder Komponente der Rezeptur und führt den Bediener dann Schritt für Schritt durch den kontrollierten Wiegevorgang. Für jede gewogene Charge wird zu Identifikationszwecken ein Etikett mit einem optionalen Barcode gedruckt.
