O misturador pneumático Colormix de operação manual é adequado para homogeneização de tintas distribuídas em baldes. O misturador é posicionado na extremidade do lado de saída da esteira rolante do sistema dosador Colorsat Compact ou Slim.
Os processos de mistura e limpeza são operados manualmente. Todos os movimentos para cima e para baixo das lâminas do misturador e do eixo são automáticos (por um cilindro pneumático). Após o posicionamento manual do balde com tinta dosada embaixo do misturador, o processo de mistura pode ser iniciado e interrompido por meio dos interruptores pneumáticos.
O misturador pode ser movimentado manualmente para um balde com detergente ou água. Por meio de interruptores pneumáticos operados manualmente, a lâmina misturadora é baixada para o balde e o processo de limpeza pode ser iniciado e interrompido.
