O Colorsat Solo é uma solução simples mas eficaz para a dosagem manual de um único componente. As aplicações possíveis são cores de processo, brancos transparentes ou revestimentos usados na indústria de impressão flexográfica e serigrafia.
Este equipamento de excelente valor permite a dosagem manual de um componente (UV, à base de água ou à base de solvente) de uma forma econômica e ecológica. Uma bomba de diafragma operada a ar e mangueiras flexíveis são usadas para transportar e fazer circular a tinta pelo tambor de armazenamento. A recirculação garante que a sedimentação de pigmentos nos componentes da tinta base seja minimizada e que a cor seja dosada com consistência. Uma vez que apenas uma conexão de ar pressurizado é necessária, o Colorsat Solo pode ser colocado nas proximidades da impressora.
