El sistema IPS delta ha sido diseñado para la dosificación totalmente automatizada y controlada por ordenador de tintes líquidos. Al dosificador IPS delta estándar, que ya permite una dosificación automática y precisa, se le pueden añadir un gran número de funcionalidades adicionales. De este modo, puede ampliar el sistema a medida que lo requiera su actividad. El sistema admite hasta 32 barriles o depósitos fijos de 150 litros.
Para las fórmulas de cuatro componentes, los sistemas IPS delta tienen un rendimiento de 15 cubos por hora, con una precisión de dosificación absoluta de 0,1 gramos (0,0002 libras). Con un cabezal de dosificación extra (en cascada), puede duplicar la producción de la dosificación a 30 cubos por hora. El sistema puede incorporar un mezclador automático. Un segundo mezclador permite duplicar la capacidad de mezclado.
