Colorsat Compact es un sistema de dosificación de tinta modular, preciso y rápido pensado para los convertidores de papel, cartón y packaging flexible.
Al dosificador Compact estándar, que hace posible una gestión de la tinta optimizada («lean»), se le pueden añadir un gran número de funcionalidades adicionales para ampliar el sistema a medida que crece su empresa. El sistema admite hasta 32 barriles y/o contenedores de tinta, y 2 válvulas on/off para agua o solventes. Existen modelos para tintas de base solvente o tintas de base agua. La precisión de dosificación estándar para lotes de hasta 25 kg (~55 libras) es de 1 g (0,002 libras), con una precisión de 0,1 g disponible opcionalmente. Normalmente, los sistemas Colorsat Compact pueden dosificar un lote de 20 kg (~44 libras) con cuatro componentes en menos de dos minutos y medio. Los módulos de software adicionales permiten un ahorro de tiempo aún mayor. De este modo, puede decidir las características del dosificador de acuerdo con su presupuesto, las tiradas de producción y las condiciones del mercado.
