Der Colorsat Switch ist ein vielseitiges durch seine hohe Technologie in modularem Design bestechendes Dosiersystem für Etiketten-/Schmalbahndruckauflagen. Das System wurde zur Dosierung von wasserbasierten, UV- und LED-härtenden sowie lösungsmittelbasierten Farbchargen in 5-Liter Eimern entwickelt und dosiert ein 4-farbiges 5-Kg Rezept in weniger als 5 Minuten.
Die Dosierfässer mit den Grundfarben können direkt an das Dosiersystem angeschlossen werden, wodurch die Anforderungen der Rückverfolgbarkeit und GMP leicht erfüllt werden können. Für den schnellen und tropfenfreien Austausch von Grundfarben sind alle Schlauchanschlüsse mit Schnellkupplungen ausgestattet. Die Wasserfallgestelle bieten eine einfache Möglichkeit, Eimer mit Grundfarben zu lagern und auszutauschen, während ihr modularer Aufbau nur eine geringe Stellfläche benötigt. Zu den praktischen Funktionen zum effizienten Ordnunghalten gehören eine kombinierte Naß- und Trockenreinigungseinheit sowie ein Dosierbereich aus Edelstahl. Mit einem Minimum an beweglichen Teilen und einfachem Zugang zu den wichtigsten Komponenten ist das Switch Dosiersystem sehr wartungsfreundlich.
