Quality blenders and agitators
GSE offers a wide selection of quality blenders for ink or paste homogenisation after dispensing, as well as agitators to keep base components homogeneous.
The Colormix range of manual, semi-automatic and automatic pneumatic blenders are suitable for homogenisation of dispensed inks in buckets. The blenders are equipped with a roller conveyor and can be integrated with an optional manual (Colorsat Slim or Compact) or automatic (Colorsat Compact) system for bucket transport. Blender blades and shaft are automatically cleaned after the blending cycle. The simple hand-held blender is our most economical solution.
We also supply stand-alone equipment for homogenisation of dispensed inks in drums or IBC’s.
Base components connected to the dispensing system can be kept homogeneous with agitators for buckets, drums or IBC’s.
For blending textile printing paste after dispensing, we supply the Textile paste blender. This blender is an integral part of the IPS delta dispensing system, and can be integrated with a manual or automatic conveyor system.
