The Colorsat Compact represents the very latest in dispensing technology and allows in-house blending of colours in an economical and environment-friendly way. Just-in-time production and constant colour quality will also help to improve the efficiency of the printing process. The high version of this computerised gravimetric dispensing system is designed for blending batches up to 250 kg. In addition, our Colormix mixers and Colorclean drum washers are widely applied in the wall covering industry.
The Colorsat Compact can help printers of laminate flooring to take control of their ink logistics. The system can be executed with an optional unit to dispense smaller batches for sample production purposes.
The Colorsat Slim revolutionised the wood stain industry, by offering the first affordable “plug-and-play” colour dispenser for the wood stain manufacturer. It is specifically designed for dispensing production batches of water-based, UV curing and solvent-based wood stains into 25-litre (~ 6.5 gallon) buckets.
