The industrial printing and converting markets are increasingly service-driven and regulated. Quality must be assured through the value chain. There is no time to lose and no room for error. That’s why GSE’s dispensing and software solutions have proven critical for controlling and simplifying processes wherever ink and coatings are handled.
Headquartered in Brummen, the Netherlands, GSE is a producer of robust, fast and smart dispensing equipment, software and services for managing ink, paste and coating products throughout the production workflow.
Our solutions are keeping printers and manufacturers ahead of the competition in markets like packaging, labels, textiles, wallpaper and coating, by:
driving waste and waiting time out of processes
assuring accurate, repeatable colour quality
reducing the environmental footprint
accelerating response times and decision-making.
With over 50 years of experience, we have an installed base of more than 2000 automatic dispensers and software packages at factories in 90 countries. We are supported by a global network of sales, service and supply chain partners.
In over five decades of operation, GSE has developed competences that not only build innovative solutions but directly benefit its customers.
These competences mean that GSE – and its solutions – are greater than the sum of its parts. Our people, products and software come together, to deliver precision-engineered dispensing solutions that stand the test of time.
Everything we do is driven by our commitment to helping our customers through the efficient control and management of ink and coatings.
Robust solutions – standard and customized
Our products are fast, accurate and robust. They are also easy to use, clean and maintain.
We recognize that not all customer requirements are standard. The architecture of our equipment and software is modular. This means we can provide customized solutions to meet your special application, output, space or budgetary requirements – with short lead-times. These can include ATEX-compliant, large-volume solvent ink dispensing systems.
In our work, we balance the performance of pneumatics, electronics, software and computer control with the mechanics of fluid flow dynamics. It’s no exception to find GSE systems proving their value after more than 20 years of operation.
In-house IT for innovation
GSE’s IT-department comprises an experienced software development team. Its modular software innovations are setting the standard for managing ink to ensure fast response, waste elimination and quality assurance for all our customers.
Our flagship GSE Ink manager takes ink management beyond simply colour on-demand. Its suite of optional packages simplifies and automates processes in the converter’s workflow, speeding up decision-making with real-time management reports, and providing quality and safety assurance with batch traceability.
We also develop bespoke web-based integration packages for ink manufacturers, so their customers can become more efficient. Examples include software for automating ink logistics and recipe management – remotely accessible from anywhere, on any device.
Support – what you need when you need it
At GSE, we know that every second of your production time counts. Our support network of engineers, IT service personnel and global network of agents are there to ensure smooth installation, commissioning and operation. Whether you need a fast response to queries, training programmes or consultancy – we are there to make sure you get maximum value from your ink logistics investment throughout its lifetime.
R&D – because we’re always striving for perfection
GSE works together as a close team, supporting each other to support you. We are continually looking for ways to improve your performance and experience.
We have spent more than 50 years listening to our customers to understand their work and their challenges. Like your business, ours has evolved over time and our search to help you find new and better ways of doing things continues. We regard our customers as long-term partners, as we work together towards common goals.
Project management: smooth, fast installations for multiple and single-site operations
GSE offers the fastest delivery times in the marketplace. Our state-of-the-art resource planning infrastructure and modular product architecture enable us to plan, coordinate and execute swift and smooth installations – whether it’s at multiple locations for a global converter, or a single-site operation of a small-medium enterprise.
