Mezcladores y agitadores de alta calidad
GSE ofrece una amplia selección de mezcladores y agitadores de alta calidad para homogeneizar la tinta o la pasta tras la dosificación y para mantener los componentes base homogéneos.
Los mezcladores neumáticos manuales, semiautomáticos y automáticos de la gama Colormix son adecuados para la homogeneización de las tintas dosificadas en cubos. Están equipados con una cinta transportadora de rodillos y, opcionalmente, se les puede incorporar un sistema manual (Colorsat Slim o Compact) o automático (Colorsat Compact) para el transporte de los cubos. Las aspas y el eje del mezclador se limpian de forma automática tras cada ciclo de mezclado. El mezclador de mano es nuestra solución más económica.
También suministramos equipos independientes para la homogeneización de tintas dosificadas en bidones o contenedores IBC.
Los componentes base conectados al sistema de dosificación pueden mantenerse homogéneos con agitadores para cubos, bidones o contenedores IBC.
Para mezclar pasta para impresión textil tras la dosificación, suministramos el mezclador de pasta para textil. Este mezclador forma parte del sistema de dosificación IPS delta, y se le puede incorporar un sistema de cinta transportadora manual o automático.
