Colorsat Switch es un dosificador de alta tecnología y diseño modular para máquinas de impresión de etiquetas y banda estrecha. Diseñado para dosificar lotes de tintas de base agua, UV, LED o de base solvente en cubos de 5 litros (~ 1,3 galones), el sistema dosifica una fórmula de 5 kg formada por cuatro componentes en menos de cinco minutos.
Los contenedores con tintas base pueden conectarse directamente al sistema de dosificación, lo que facilita cumplir con requisitos de trazabilidad y buenas prácticas de fabricación. Para asegurar un cambio rápido y limpio de las tintas base, todas las mangueras cuentan con acopladores rápidos. La disposición en cascada facilita el almacenamiento y la sustitución de los cubos de tinta, mientras que la distribución modular permite ahorrar espacio. Otras características prácticas son su unidad combinada de lavado y limpieza en seco, y un área de dosificación de acero inoxidable, que garantizan una limpieza eficiente. Además, al tener pocas partes movibles y permitir un fácil acceso a los principales componentes, su mantenimiento es muy sencillo.
