Nach der Übernahme des Unternehmens mit Sitz in Oldenzaal stellt GSE wichtige Mittel und Automatisierungsexpertise zur Verfügung zur Entwicklung eines bahnbrechenden computergestützten Farbdosiersystems im Wert von Hfl. 1,5 Mio. (Eur 680.000). Für die Lackfabriken von Akzo in den Niederlanden und Frankreich werden zwei Aufträge gesichert, kurz darauf in diesem Jahr folgen noch drei weitere Aufträge. Der wachsende Auftragsbestand ermöglicht die weitere Expansion des Unternehmens.
