Der Colorsat Solo ist eine einfache, aber effektive Lösung zur manuellen Dosierung einer einzelnen Komponente. Mögliche Anwendungen sind Prozessfarben, transparente weiße Farben oder Beschichtungen, die in der Flexo- und Siebdruckindustrie verwendet werden.
Dieses hervorragend bewertete System ermöglicht die manuell betriebene Dosierung einer Komponente (UV-härtend, wasser- oder lösungsmittelbasiert) auf wirtschaftliche und umweltfreundliche Art und Weise. Eine druckluftgetriebene Membranpumpe sowie flexible Schläuche werden zum Transport und zur Umwälzung der Farbe im Vorratsfaß verwendet. Die Umwälzung sorgt dafür, daß das Absetzen von Pigmenten in den Grundfarbkomponenten minimiert und die Farbe in gleichbleibender Stärke dosiert wird. Da nur ein Druckluftanschluß erforderlich ist, kann der Colorsat Solo in der Nähe der Druckmaschine aufgestellt werden.
