Der Colorsat Slim revolutioniert die Druckindustrie, indem er den Verarbeitern den ersten erschwinglichen Farbdosierer für Papier, Karton und flexiblen Verpackungen anbietet.
Er ist speziell zur Dosierung von Produktionschargen wasser- und lösungsmittelbasierter Druckfarbe in 25-Liter Eimern konzipiert.
Der Colorsat Slim enthält eine robuste Wägeeinheit, die Dosierungen bis maximal 25 Kg auf 1 Gram genau abwiegt. Außerdem reinigt nach jedem Dosierzyklus eine Naß- und Trockenreinigungseinheit das System und spart so Wartungszeit. Schlüsselkomponenten wie Etikettendrucker und Barcodescanner wurden in das Bedienfeld integriert. Die Ergänzung mit Schnellkupplungen an den Schläuchen, durch die Farbfässer mit dem Dosiersystem verbunden sind, ermöglichen einen schnelleren und saubereren Austausch der Fässer ohne das Risiko des Nachtropfens.
Das Design des Dosierkopfes ermöglicht Höhenanpassungen zur Aufnahme von Eimern mit maximal 470 mm und die Integration einer optionalen, großvolumigen Komponente.
