El sistema de lavado Colorclean Indigo es una solución fácil y eficiente para el lavado de los cubos donde se almacenan tintas de base agua. El agua sale a presión a través de una serie de cepillos rotativos que limpian las partes interior y exterior de los contenedores. Este robusto sistema de lavado prácticamente no precisa mantenimiento y cuenta con una cabina de acero inoxidable.
Limpieza eficaz
El Indigo está equipado con tres cepillos rotativos. Los cepillos se mueven a diferentes velocidades, lo que hace que el cubo gire y se limpie de forma más eficiente. También incorpora un cepillo no rotativo para limpiar la base del cubo. Una caja de interruptores con temporizadores ajustables permite una configuración precisa de los ciclos de limpieza. Gracias a la unidad de aplicación de detergente, la eficacia del ciclo de limpieza es aún mayor.
El Indigo está equipado con un cepillo interno de 230 mm (9”) de diámetro, lo que implica que en él pueden limpiarse cubos de entre 250 mm (9,8”) y 375 mm (14,8”) de diámetro, con una altura máxima de 470 mm (18,5”).
La máquina funciona con:

El sistema opcional de ahorro de agua reduce entre un 50 % y un 80% el consumo de agua en la limpieza de cubos. Consta de un depósito de almacenamiento con filtros y una bomba de recirculación.
El proceso de limpieza se divide en tres fases:
Se extrae agua del depósito de almacenamiento integrado para efectuar un prelavado del cubo. Esa agua vuelve al depósito.
Para lavar el cubo, se utiliza el agua del depósito de almacenamiento, que luego se desecha (tiempos ajustables).
Por último, el cubo se aclara con agua limpia procedente del suministro de agua de la fábrica, que, tras la limpieza, vuelve al depósito de almacenamiento.
