El sistema Colorsat Solo es una solución simple pero eficaz para la dosificación manual de un único componente. Sus posibles aplicaciones son colores de cuatricromía, blancos transparentes o recubrimientos utilizados en flexografía y serigrafía.
Se trata de un equipo asequible que permite la dosificación manual de un componente (UV, de base agua o de base solvente) de forma económica y respetuosa con el medio ambiente. Una bomba de diafragma neumática y mangueras flexibles hacen posible el transporte y la recirculación de la tinta en el bidón de almacenamiento. La recirculación minimiza la sedimentación de los pigmentos en los componentes base de tinta y asegura una intensidad del color constante. Dado que solo se requiere una conexión de aire comprimido, el sistema Colorsat Solo puede ubicarse cerca de la máquina de impresión.
