La solución de dosificación económica
Con el sistema Colorsat Slim revolucionamos el sector de la impresión ofreciendo el primer sistema de dosificación de tinta asequible a los convertidores de papel, cartón y packaging flexible.
Ha sido específicamente diseñado para la dosificación de lotes de producción de tintas de impresión de base agua y base solvente en cubos de 25 litros.
Incluye una unidad de pesaje robusta que pesa dosificaciones de hasta 25 kg con una precisión de 1 g. Además, una unidad de lavado y limpieza en seco limpia el sistema tras cada ciclo de dosificación, ahorrando tiempo de mantenimiento. Componentes fundamentales, como la impresora de etiquetas y el lector de códigos de barras, se han integrado en la consola de control. La incorporación de acopladores rápidos a las mangueras que conectan los barriles de tinta con el sistema de dosificación asegura una mayor rapidez y limpieza en el cambio de los barriles, sin riesgo de goteo.
El diseño del cabezal de dosificación permite dosificar en cubos de hasta 470 mm e incorporar opcionalmente un componente de alto volumen.
