Mezclado manual en combinación con un sistema de dosificación Colorsat
El mezclador neumático manual Colormix es adecuado para la homogeneización de tintas dosificadas en cubos. Se encuentra al final de la cinta transportadora de rodillos del sistema de dosificación Colorsat Compact o Slim.
Los procesos de mezclado y limpieza se efectúan manualmente. Todos los movimientos ascendentes y descendentes de las aspas y del eje del mezclador son automáticos (cilindro neumático). Tras situar manualmente bajo el mezclador el cubo con la tinta dosificada, el proceso de mezclado puede iniciarse y pararse mediante interruptores neumáticos.
El mezclador puede girarse manualmente para situarse encima de un cubo con detergente o agua. Con los interruptores neumáticos manuales, se hace descender el aspa del mezclador para introducirla en el cubo y puede iniciarse y detenerse el proceso de limpieza.

velocidad de rotación ajustable
por motivos de seguridad, el cubo se cierra con una tapa durante los procesos de mezclado y limpieza. La tapa también evita salpicaduras fuera del cubo.
